You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting to discuss plans for the proposed  redevelopment of 92 Cassidy Point Drive into the  Hearts of Pine soccer stadium.  The city required meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 6:00 pm.  The meeting location is Waynflete Franklin Theater, 360 Spring Street.

You will learn about the Map & Text Amendment Application for the property.  The parcel curretly is mapped within the Waterfront Port Development (WPDZ) zoning district.  The proposal would be to reap portions of the site o B-5 Urban Commercial Zone, with the existing WPDZ remaining along the whart and southern and western edges of the Fore River.  The text amendment would also propose a stadium to be an allowed use in within the B-5 zoning district.  The map & text amendment would allow for the Hearts of PIne to construct a new stadium for the soccer club, which would be designed and permitted under the separate City Site Plan process.
