Starting this morning at 9 am and continuing through Saturday afternoon Franklin Street from Marginal Way to Fox Street will be paved. Traffic will remain open, however, motorists will encounter delays. While the work is ongoing, comuters may want to seek an alternate route to avoid traffic and delays. Motorists are urged to watch out for bicyclists and pedestrians in the work zone according to a traffic advisory received from the City.
