FRANKIE, is a Lost Cat who lives on Munjoy HIll on the east end of Portland. The owner is asking you to please look under steps, decks in and under sheds, garages, culverts and up in trees. He was last seen at the corner of Melbourne and Emerson Streets on the HIll.  The owner also asks that you not chase him.
