Developer Peter Bass This Afternoon

A former  church at 35 Lafayette Street was sold about a month ago to developer Peter Bass for condominium development.  The International Christian Fellowship will be developed into six loft units, Munjoy Hill resident Peter Bass said this afternoon.

The name of his company is Random Orbit, Inc.

His plans are very preliminary and he has not yet filed an application with the City’s Planning Office.

“The good news here is that the Fellowship outgrew this property on Munjoy Hill and moved to Westbrook,” said Bass.
