Fire Marshall’s Office Requesting Public Assistance on “Suspicious” Biddeford Fire

On Saturday, May 17, 2025, at approximately 8:45 am., the Biddeford Fire Department and the Biddeford Police Department were dispatched to 130 May Street following a report of a previously extinguished bathroom fire.  The Biddeford Recreation Department’s administration reported the incident acording to Lt. Aaron M. Turcotte of the Department of Public Safety early this morning.

Due to the suspicious nature of the incident, the Maine State Fire Marshall’s Office (FMO) has been called in to assist with the ongoing investigation.
