Mark Michaud, 49, of Fairfield, died this morning after he was struck by a tractor-trailer at mile marker 132 soutdh bound in Fairfield.  He was attemmpting to cross the off-ramp at exit 132.  Damon Sylvia, 19, of Milford was operating the vehicle involved in the incident.

The exit ramp the Maine State Police had closed duridng the investigation has now been reopened.
