7 and 11 Exchange Street to be Latest Home of JAR, a recreational cannabis business.

Exchange Street is going to pot!

JAR a Cannabis Company, is planning on opening a large recreational marijuana storefront at 7 and 11 Exchange Street according to several sources with first-hand knowledge.  It’s expected to open between July – September 2022.  The property is owned by Joe Soley.  One of the storefronts is the former location of Holy Donut before it relocated to Commercial Street for more space.

On the other side of the street, at the former site of LuLuLemon, a bar is planned.  At this time, it is called “Coco,” at 18 Exchange Street  and will have a Cuban flair to it,.Josh, the owner also owns, Blythe & Burrows, a near by high end and popular bar.  Coco is expected to open in late summer.
