….To This in Nine Months!

Excavation of the former Theriault/Landsman architectural firm building at the top of Munjoy Hill on Congress Street is set to begin tomorrow, Tuesday, May 20 at 7:00 am according to the project manager.  By the end of the day, the building will be flat on the ground with cleanup of it to follow on Wednesday.

Digging the foundation will begin the next week with the laying of concrete and the footings in place by the end of next week.  It is a nine month project with completion expected in February of 2015.

At last check, four units of the luxury units had been sold; two of them internally.  Jed Rathburn, to have been its sales manager, is no longer with the project.
