On the morning of Thursday, May 29th, with the assistance of the Maine State Police Tactical Team, two search warrants were simultaneously executed in the Washington County towns of Rogue Bluffs and Centerville. The search warrants were the result of a months long drug trafficking investigation at 75 Duck Cove Road, Rogue Bluffs and 43 MItten Mountain Road in Centerville, which included undercover purchases of fentanyl and cocaine base (crack).
The seven arrested at the Rogue Bluffs location are: Kristopher Preston, Jacob Locke, Nicholas Merchant Darius Montgomery, Andrew White, Samantha Jo Moore and Bree Landry.
The four arrested in the Centerville location are: Willie Merchant, Nestor Andres Mejia Mateo and Samantha Roberts.
In the Rogue Bluffs location, Agents seized approximately 15 grams of methamphetamine and $838.00 in suspected proceeds. At the Mitten Mountain Road location in Centerville, location Agents seized over 150 grams of fentanyl, 5 grams of cocaine base (crack) and $4,896. in suspected drug proceeds.
The total estimated street value of drugs seized in this investigation is over $15,000. More arrests and charged are expected based on this investigation. The eleven arrested were transported to the Washington County Jail according to Shannon Moss, Public Information Officer, for the Maine Department of Public Safety, Augusta.
