David Michael Ferrar, 32, Portland, was arrested and taken into custody on Saturday morning at 6:30 in Buxton according to a press release issued by the Portland Police Department.  Ferrar was wanted last month by the Police Department as a person of interest in connection with a string of motor vehicle and home bulgaries on Munjoy Hill and elsewhere in the city.

Ferrar was chaged on two counts of buglary and theft of a firearm.  He’s being held at York County Jail on $150,000 bail.
