Earlier this month, the city of Portland Planning Department announced that it had received a major site plan application for the construction of a two-story, approximtely 13,000 square foot building at 9 Cedar Street, on behalf of the Boys & Girls Club of Southern Maine.  It is located within the B-3 and RN-4 Zone.  The proposed development includes new educational programming space along with a new outdoor play area.
