The city of Portland has announced that it has received a minor site plan application for renovations of the Franklin Towers building.  Submitting the application is Franklin Towers, LP and Portland Housing Development Corporation.  The application includes site improvements such as replacing hardscapes and pedestrian walkways, improvements at entries and parking facililties, new landscapaing and new mechanical equipment.  The siie is located in the B-3 Downton Business zone at 211 Cumberland Avenue.
