Secretary of State Shenna Bellows During one of Her Cable News Interviews Following Her Announcement to Remove Mr. Trump From the Primary Ballot Next March 2024.

Secretary of State Shenna Bellows has confirmed today the ‘No Labels’ Party as a Qualified Party in Maine.

The party submited the State of Maine Certificaation of Enrollment Requirement to Form a New Party by Party Enrollment form on December 13, 2023.  This triggered a review of the party enrollers to ensure that ‘No Labels’ had at least the required 5,000 voters enrolled in the party to qualify the party to particiate in the Primary Election to be held June 11, 2024.

As of January 2, 2024 there were 9,423 Maine voters enrolled in the ‘No Labels’ Party.  Qualified Party status means that “No Labels’ will alo have ballot access for General Election for the presidential race.

Two other parties have filed to begin enrolling new voters towards new party formation.  Neither the ‘Forward Party’ nor the “People’s Party’ submitted the State of Maine Certification of Enrollmet request by January 2, 2024 deadline to potentially become Qualified Parties.
