Sign on Washington Avenue Where Sewer Separation Work is On-going Also.

The Bedford Street Sewer Separation Project is set to start construction on Monday, April 16.  Project work will typically run from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm during the project unless night work is required.  The contractor will be required to keep driveway access open to all driveways unless it is necessary to close in order to complete a section of the work.  If the driveway access needs to be disrupted, the contractor will be required to give sufficient notice to owners prior to the disruption.

The Project will separate the existing combined sewer in the street to a separate sanitary sewer and a separate storm water drain.  Construction for this project will be performed by Shaw Brothers Construction, Inc.

The project will consist of two phases.  The contractor will be  required to finish the first phase of the project by October 31, 2018.  The second phase of the project will take place in the spring of 2019.
