Domingus Nobrega, 48 of Portdland, was arrested on Tuesday, December 3 in the Scarborough Walmart and charged with Murder.  He was transported to the Cumberland County Jail where he is being held  without bail.

He was charged with the death of Matthew Merrick, 43, of Portland,   Merick was found in an apartment at 24 Marshall Street, on Saturday, November 30 according to the Portland Police.
