Portland Police responded to 4 Hill Street on Tuesday, April 29, at 6:21 pm for a report of a threat.  A resident stated someone had knocked on her door, claimed to be a police officer and told her she would shoot her if she did not come to the door.  Officers identified a suspect and were issued a search warrant for the apartment.  That’s where they recovered two handguns and ammunition

Police arrested Heidi Fuller, 40, of Portland.  She wa charged with Terrorizing and Impersonating a Public Servant.  She was transported to the Cumberland County Jail.
