On Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 12:30 pm., Portland Police responded to the area near Warwick Street for a report of a suspicious male.  A 15 year old female was walking home when a male stopped his vehicle and lunged at her.  She was able to alude him and get to her home safely.  The man was descsribed as a white, balding, 60 – 70 year old and drivig a 2009 – 2010 gold Toyota Carolla (or similar).

The Portland Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance with identifying this vehicle that may have traveled in the area of Warwick Street and Candlewyck Road between 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm today.  If you live in the area and have any surveillance equipment that may have recorded traffic passing by, please contact Detective Napijalo at 207 – 874-8906.
