Stanley Holmes (DOB 2-21-1990) of Portland was arrested on Saturday, July 25, 2020.  He was charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact following an incident with a 35 year old homeless woman in downtown Portland according to a press release issued today by the Portland Police Department.

The victim was standing on Congress Street near Exchange Street, when she felt someone approach her from behind and embrace her.  She thought it was her husband until the suspect began to grope her in a sexual nature through her clothing.  She turned and recognized the man.  Both are members of the homeless protest occurring at city hall plaza in front of city hall.
