The City Has Received an Application for the Redevelopment of 29 Commercial Street into a Boutique Hotel.  There Would also be an Adjacent Building Constructed on the Franklin Street Side.

The city of Portland has received a minor site plan for the redevelopment of the existing building at 29 Commercial Street into an upscale independent boutique hotel with 59 guest rooms.

The project would also implement the construction of a 7,125 square foot building addition to the Franklin Street side of the existing building, landscape improvements and redevelopment of sidewalks along both Franklin Street & Commercial Steet and alterations to the roadway configuration along Commercial Street.
