A Closer Look at Figa’s Menu..

For the many who have expressed interest in more specifics about the menu of the highly-anticipated Figa restaurant on Congress Street at the bottom of the Hill – here it is:

The menu is divided into categories like this – “spoons”, “forks”, “Knives” and “desserts.” Several of the items under “spoons, are Wild Boar Tendang, Shrimp Patia, Chicken & Dumplings, Mustard Seed Crusted Tuna, Sauteed Kale with dried cranberries. ($2.- $4.) There are many more “small tastes” on the menu.

Under “Forks” which are half portions priced at $6-8, there is Chicken Curry, Grilled Spiced Prawns, Crusted Diver Scallops, Freedom Farm mixed Salad greens, and much more.

Under “Knives”, Entree Portions for $10. – $15. there is Braised Lamb S hank, Grilled Hanger Steak, Banana Leaf Wrapped Salmon, among the many others listed.

Under Desserts there is Brigadeiro, Creme Brulee Trio, Indian Inspired Rich Pudding and so much more, very reasonably priced as well.

Figa is owned and chefed by Lee Farrington. No date has been set for its opening.
