The Office of the Attorney General contiues to investigate the fatal use of deadly force by federal law enforcement Monday morning in Biddeford.  The man who died has been idenified as 25 year old Johan Sebastian Duran Guerrero.  The Attorney General’s Office is focused on a thorough, truth-seeking investigation in cooperation with the federal agencies involved.

We will share additional information when it is appropriate to do so according to a press release received this afternoon from AG Frey’s office.
