The public is invited to attend an unveiling of the master plan for the 58 Fore Street redevelopment tomorrow, Wednesday, September 21 at 10:30 am.  The unveiling will be at building # 6, – Room With A View –  second floor.  There will be signs directing people to the site.

The CPB2 LLC managers, Jim Brady, Casey Prentice, and Kevin Costello will unveil the master plan and concept images for the future development.  The Master Plan  sets the vision for the nearly 10-acre waterfront site and lays out the development blocks, mixes uses and new road infrastructure inspired by the principles of Portland Eastern Waterfront Master Plan according to a press release from Angie Hilton, of Northeast Media Associates.

This information has been long sought after by neighbors so hopefully there will  be a good turnout for the press conference.
