Colucci’s Market as it was Circia 1900; The Entrance was on Congress Street, Rather than North Street as it is Now.

Traffic on North Street, at the corner of Congress Street, will be disrupted both today and tomorrow. A contractor is placing a water main underground that will be used to supply water to the new Colucci’s Market for its sprinkler system that is to be installed.
The popular convenience store was shut down in March of this year due to a fire that began in the upper floor of the building. The building was sold to a new owner in August of this year.
The new market is expected to be opened in March of 2014, one year after the fire.
