Collins’ Empty Chair at First Town Hall at Portland Public Library Last Summer.  It was Hosted by 16 Counties Coalition as Well.

“ByeBye Susan” Magnets for Sale at The Paper Patch, 21 Exchange Street, in the Old Port of Portland for $3.50 Each.

A second town hall with or without Senator Susan Collins (R) is set for Wednesday, February 19, 2020 from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm.  The event, as previously, will be held at the Portland Public Library, 5 Monument Way, Portland.  The event is hosted by 16 Counties Coalition.  Willy Ritch, is the Executive Director of the non-profit.

It’s been over twenty years since Senator Collins held a town hall meeting that was advertised and open to the public.  In the midst of a Senate recess, what’s more important than meeting with and listening to the Mainers she works for in a public setting?

At the Town Hall last August, although Collins did not show up to answer questions, that did not stop  attendees from asking questions to which they wanted answers. Panelists with professional expertise answered the questions from their perspective.

The host of the Town Hall wants concerned citizens from across Maine to join us for this non-partisan policy discussion with (or without) Senator Collins.

Please tell you friends from everywhere in Maine about this Town Hall and bring them with you.  Arrive early to insure yourselves a good seat.

Please see a post herein dated August 20, 2019 on the first town hall hosted by 16 Counties Coalition.  Also, please see two previous posts herein dated February 5 and 6.

  1. I just checked on the Library web site, and they don’t show this event for Feb 19th. Is it real? If so, I plan to attend.
