“We want to make it one of the neatest spots on Congress Street,” said architect Evan Carroll, before the Historic Preservation Board at city hall last night.  And chances of that happening are getting more real all the time.

The Development Team (see left photo) for the possible expansion of Tandem Cafe and Bakery, 742 Congress Street appeared before the Board last night.  The purpose was to get feedback on the preliminary and conceptual proposal
