At precisely 9:30 pm on the dot and in compliance with the President’s request, it was reported on cable news that the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of President Donald Trump’s emergency appeal not  to fully fund SNAP benefits for the month of November.  The emergency appeal was filed about 6:30 pm this evening and rendered at 9:30 pm in compliance with the President’s timeline request.

The decision calls for a temporary pause that will allow the First Circuit Court to rule on the matter within a time of 48 hours.
