For the many creative entrepreneurs in the area, there will be a workshop on starting and running a creative business in Maine that may be of special interest to you. The Wednesday, June 2 workshop runs from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm at the Lee Community Hall in the Wishcamper Center of USM on the Portland Campus.

The workshop is sponsored by the Maine Center for Creativity and USM. The moderator for the event is Angela Adams, co-founder, of Angela Adams, LLC on Congress Street at the bottom of the Hill.

The three speakers for the workshop are Scott Nash, President, of NashBox; Rory Strunk, founder of Global Content Partners and Gabarielle Melchionda, President of Mad Gabs.

This workshop is part of a three-part series deigned to provide resources, advice and insight for Maine’s creative entrepreneurs. The cost is $15. for MMC members and students and $35. for non members.
