The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Silver Alert for Alison Macleod, 82, of Castine.  Ms. Macleod was last seen on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at approximately 4:30 pm leaving her home to travel to Bucksport.  Ms. Macleod who suffers from cognitive issues is driving a 2014 gray Toyota Prious with Maine Registration 817KDY.  Ms. Macleod is a white female, 5′ 03″, 135 lbs with gray hair and blue eyes.  She does not have a cell phone.

She was last seen wearing a red windbreaker, sweater and blue jeans.  If located, please call the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office at 207 – 667-8866 according to Shannon Moss, Public Information Officer for the Maine Department of Public Safety.
