On Thursday, December 26, 2024 at 12:08 am., Portland Police responded to 139 Cumberland Avenue for a report of shots fired. Upon arrival Polilce discovered damaged windows and numerous penetation defects to several apartments at 139 Cumberland Avenue.  There were also signs of several penetation defects inside the apartments. It  aooears at this time that more than a dozen rounds were fired into the structure.  The area was canvassed with several shell casings found in the snow in Peppermint Park.

No injuries were reported by any of the occupants.
