The Scarborough BMV will be open on Thursday, March 2 for both walk in services and preschedled appointments.  This good news follows a series of closures due to bitterly cold temperatures several weeks ago that caused water damage according to a press release issued today by Secretary of State Shenna Bellows’ office in Augusta.
