Formerly a Site for the B&M Bean Factory, 1 Beanpot Circle is Now the Site for the Roux Institute of  the Boston Based Northeastern University and is Under Construction.

Roux Institute, located in East Deering,  has announced that starting Monday, August 4, 2025 and continuing through Monday, November 3, 2025, parking will be temporarily restricted on Sherwood Street (east of Veranda Street) due to construction vehicle traffic.

Parking closures will be in effect from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM MOnday through Friday, as follows:

The first 65-feet on the north side of Sherwood Street

The entire south side of Sherwood Street.

100 Fore Street on Munjoy HIll is currently the temporary headquarters for the Roux Institute.
