Recall Ray Organizer, Elizabeth Capone-Newton.

As a brief follow-up to yesterday’s post, the recall effort for city councilor Belinda Ray did not have enough signatures as of the close of the day to submit to Portland’s city clerk according to the organizer, Elizabeth Capone-newton.

The expected updated press release has not been issued.  Elizabeth is a former employee of city hall who lost her position due to it’s privateization.
