You are invited to attend a public meeting on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 5:30 pm  The meeting will be held at the First Floor Community Room, 409 Cumberland Avenue.

The purpose is to discuss the proposed Major Site Plan Application recently submitted by Avesta Housing to the city’s planning department.  The project is split into three phases with a total of 123 new apartments.  They are proposed to be located at 197 Oxford Street, 50 Cedar Street and 158 Lancaster Street.  The units at the latter two locations will be market rate units.
