POrtland Publilc Library, 5 Monuent Square, has been Designated as a Cooling Center July 16 and July 17th.

The city annnounced late this morning that due to the high temperatures today  Tuesday, July 16 and tomorrow Wednesday, July 17, the Portland Public Library will serve as a cooling center.  The library is located at 5 Monument Square in downtown Portland.  Its hours are 10:900 am – 6:00 pm today.
