On Sunday, July 12, at 7:18 am., Portland Police responded to the corner of Palmer Avenue and Regan Lane for a report of an unresponsive 22-year-old male.

The cause and manner of death will be determined by the Office of Chief Medical Examiner.  The investigatio is ongoing and no further information is available for release at this time according to a press release received this morning from the Portland Police department Public Information Officer.
