
These Newlyweds Were Celebrating Their Marriage on the Top of the Regency Hotel in the Old Port on Memorial Day Afternoon.
James Rozaris, 43, was arrested on Memorial Day for slashing vehicle tires in the Old Port area of Portland. A witness identified him on the scene and he was charged with felony criminal mischief, criminal trespass and violating bail conditions. He was served a criminal trespass warrant out of Biddeford.
Officers located more than 30 vehicles in the Old Port area that had at least one tire slashed, most with multiple tires slashed. Officers continue to investigate and locate additional damage. Most of the vehicles were slashed on or by the property of the Regency Hotel.
