At 7:17 am this morning, Portland Police responded to a report of shots fired at 355 Woodford Street.

An investigation revealed that a man had discharged his firearm at the location after an altercation.  Chi Ho, 40, of Portland, was arrested and charged with Reckless Conduct with a Dangerous Weapon according to a press release issued by the Portland Police Department.
