On Tuesday, November 29, at 9:45 pm., Portland officers responded to a report of gunshots in the area of Sherman and Mellen Streets in the west end of Portland.  They found Tyler Flexon, 26, suffering from a gunshodt wound.  He later died at Maine Medical Center and his death was later ruled a homicide.

On December 2, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Tristin Chamberlain, a 21 year old of Portland charging him with murder.  Chamberlain turned himself in to the York County Sheriff’s office later this afternoon.  He will be held at the York Councy Jaill until he is arraigned.
