The City of Portland has called for a citywide parking ban beginning tonight, Wednesday, at 10:00 pm and ending tomorrow, Thursday, at 6:00 am.  According to current weather forecasts, the prediced snowfall will continue throughout the day.  A heavy snowfall is expected.
