The Portland Police Department responded to a call on Warren Avenue at 2:40 am Friday, March 17, 2023 (today).  There was no shooting incident, but it is believed that a handgun was discarded somewhere in the area of Warren Avenue.  Despite an extensive search officers as well as a K-9 unit were unable to locate the weapon.
