Steven Ricci, 49, of Portland, was arrested  at 12:30 pm today by Portland Police.  Mr. Ricci was arrested on an arrest warrant charging Unlawful Sexual Touching (class D), and Violation of Bail (class E).  The warrant was issued stemming from an incident that occurred on July 20, 2013 in which it is alleged Mr. Ricci assaulted a staff member at a local hospital while he was receiving treatment.

Mr. Ricci has been arrested and jailed in the past for indecent and disorderly conduct.  He has serious health problems.
