Planning Office Receives Major Site Plan Application for West End of Portland


64 Pine Street, Formerly Ruby’s, to be Converted to Residential Units.

Portland’s Planning Office announced on Thursday, December 21, it has received a major site plan application to facilitate the development of a mixed-use commercial and residential project at 64 Pine Street in the West End of Portland.

The application was submited by Acorn Engineering on behalf of 64 Pine Street LLC.

The project proposed nine residential units, mechanical stacked parking for eighteen vehicles, a 1,282 sq. foot retaill space.  The property totals 9,920 sq. feet.  Real estate guru Tom Landry bought the property in 2019..
