A paving project scheduled for Thursday, July 21, 2022, has been delayed until tomorrow, Friday, July 22, 2022 according to a notice received from the city’s spokeswoman today, Thursday, July 21, 2022. The city’s contractor, Gorham Sand & Gravel, will be paving Fore Street from Waterville Street to Munjoy Street.  Traffic will be detoured around the work zone via side streets from 7;00 am to 5:00 pm on this day.  This section of Fore Street will be posted for no parking during the paving operations.  The contractor will be forced to tow any vehicles parked in this zone in order to complete the scheduled paving work.  Please respecdt the no-parking signs and try to find a different route around the work zone on this day.

This work is being completed as part of the Sewer Separation Project.
