No one was injured when a gun was fired during a disturbance that began on Fore Street near Moulton Street just after 1:00 am this morning; Saturday, October 8, 2022.  The shotting occurred as bars closed and patrons had started to fill the sreets.

Officers that were on foot noticed a disturbance and as they started to walk toward the group, they heard a gunshot and saw people run from the area.  A handgun was recovered at the scene and investigators are working to determine what led to the shot being fired.
