A new poll conducted by Pan Atlantic Research found that Graham Platner leads Senator Susan Collins by seven points in the general election, 48% to 41%.

The poll shows Platner’s lead continuing to grow — from one point in December 2025 to four points in March 2026, to seven points today.

Among women, Platner leads Collins 53% to 34%; Among Independents, Platner leads 48% to 35%; Among college graduates, Platner leads 56% to 36%, and among non-college voters, Platner has fought Collins to a virtual deadlock, 44% to 43%.

The poll also highlights Collins’ growing weakness in what was once her strongest territory.  Colins earned Maine’s Second Congressional District by 24 pints in 2020.  today, she leads Graham Platner there by just four pints – a 20-point erosion.
