The Proposed New Rental Building on the Site of the Former VFW Bar Next to Gilbert Lane

You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting at the East End Community School cafeteria, 195 North Street, on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 5:30 pm.

The purpose is to discuss the proposed major site plan application for 42 Atlantic Street.  The application was recently filed by LB Atlantic LLC.

The proposal features the redevelopment of the former VFW Bar into 30 affordable aparatments.  It will include studios and one and two bedroom units while rebuilding the public sidewalk and providing on-site stormwater detention.
