You are invited to attend a city required meeting to discuss the development of 410 Auburn Street, Deering Village, on Wednesday, September 10th at 6:00 pm.  The meeting will be held at Allen Avenue Universalist Church, 524 Allen Avenue, Portland.

The meeting is an opportunity for GreenMars Real Estate owners to present their plans for the development and to address any questions the public may have prior to the formal submission to the city of Portland.  The real estate company plans to review the site plan of the development, discuss current zoning and permited uses within Portland, and discuss studies performed/to-be -completed with the town.
