64 Pine Street, Formerly Ruby’s and Aurora Provisions, and the Adjoiing Parking Lot to be Converted into a 4 story Building with 9  Residential Units and a Ground Floor Comercial Space.

You are invited to attend a city required neighborhood meeting on Thursday, January 18 at 5:30 pm at 64 Pine Street on the west end of Portland.

The purpose of the meeting is to learn about the proposed prioisak for a Major Site Plan application  to convert the former Ruby’s Restaurant, Aurora Provisions and the adjoining parking lot into a 4-story building with 9 residential units on the upper floors and a ground level commercial space.  The project will require approval from both Portland’s Planning Board and the Historic Preservation Board.

In 2019. real estate guru Tom Landry purchased the 70 year old building according to an article in “Maine Biz” in December of 2020.
