On Friday, March 29, 2019 at 9:21 pm., Portland Police responded to a serious motor vehicle accident on Franklin Street at the intersection of Middle Street. A Silver 2007 Chevrolet Impala, operated by Justin Zukowski, 23 year old male Portland resident, struck a pedestrian in the roadway. The pedestrian is a 21 year old Portland resident, who suffered serious, but non-like threatening injuries from the accident.

The identity of the pedestrian is being withheld at this time pending notification of kin.
