AG Keith Ellilson Announces Lawsuit Against Feds This Afternoon in Minneapaolis, MN.
Renee Nicole Good, 37, and Mother of Three was Murdered by ICE Goons Last Weekend in Minneapolis. Secretary Noem, Imperial Trump and VP JD Vance Have Accused her of “violent” behavior and of Being a “Domestic Terriorist.”

Attorney General Keith Ellison, of Minnesota, announced late this afternoon that his office is filing a lawsuit against DHS, ICE and the Border Patrol, for its ” Federal invasion” of the state. The lawsuit, which may or may not have been filed yet this afternoon, calls for “quick action” from the court. There is expected to be a court hearing tomorrow, Tuesday morning, seeking immediate relief from the invasion of feds into Minnesota – since the murder of Renee Nicole Good, 37. last weekend. A cover-up of the murder has ensued by Secretary Kristi Noem and the Republican administration.
Mayor Michael Frey, of Minneapolis, the city in which Renee Nicole Good was murdered by ICE goons last week, spoke at the press conference as well. “These are not normal times. So the response from the judicial system is necessary. We are not asking ICE to not do ICE things,” the Mayor said. He said officials are asking for relief from the violence that ICE has brought into the community. “What we see is people being dragged off the streets. Schools have closed, 911 calls are up, people are refusing to shop” he said. .The city of Minneapolis has 600 police officers. But with the expected additionof another 1,000 Border Patrol agents here that would bring the total of them to 3,000 in Minneapolis. “Why are they here?” the Mayor asked. ‘It’s political. Only we are targeted. That’s because we have democratic political leaders here. Donald Trump should know that we will not let the federal agents attack our city without our continuing to push back the Mayor said.
In a separate matter and almost simultaneously, Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ) announced that he has filed a lawsuit against Secretary of the Department of Defense Hegseth and the Pentagon. At the core of the lawsuit is Hegseth’s intention to cut the Senator’s mililtary rank and his pension. Imperial Trump called for the death of Senator Kelly for his role in a video with others telling members of the mililtary that they should not need to follow illegal orders. Senator Kelly retired from the US Navy as a pilot with the rank of captain with dozens of missions in Iraq and elsewhere. He was also an astronaut.
